Pro-Fit Private Training was established in 2004. Coming from a background of working in large gyms, Cameron saw a need for the provision of a smaller, more personalized environment where clients are offered personal attention and offered the best advice to reach their goals.

Over the years, Pro-Fit has adapted and perfected a unique concept whereby safety through correct technique and client goals are of paramount importance.

In a climate where ‘fun” is increasing emphasized, often at the threat of injuries, Pro-Fit remains steadfast in its approach to always put the body first and the focus being on all aspects of body mechanics. We believe in lifestyle management, on an ongoing basis and we use innovative techniques to get you there.
